CAN YOU SHIP TO THE UK?

Unfortunately due to VAT tax laws imposed by Brexit I'm currently unable to ship to the UK, but I hope to be able to again one day soon!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please note all items listed are pre-orders!

I've sent out a handful of updates via email since the end of last year and heard back from most everyone affected detailing various issues and delays, from all of my mail repeatedly being stolen or not delivered at all, to family emergencies and personal health problems, (if you haven't received anything from either the shop email or my personal (amandavcornwall @ gmail) please feel free to reach out for a direct update!! i've sent out to emails to everyone but if I haven't heard back from you yours may have gotten eaten). There's no longer a concrete timeline for shipping as I still haven't hit the minimum order quantity on multiple products and to place an order less than the MOQ is going to cost quite a bit extra out of my own pocket and I lost my job unexpectedly recently so saving to cover that on top of my own bills is going to take me some time.

WILL THE PRODUCTS EVER SHIP?

Yes! Unfortunately I no longer have a shipping timeline estimate as I'm dealing with a great deal in my personal life on top of these business issues (I've very much appreciated everyone's kind words and understanding and offers to help, you are all the best) but the products will come eventually! Whether it's hitting the MOQs eventually or me paying the difference out of my own pocket, the items will be sent out eventually.

CAN I BE REFUNDED/HOW CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Refunds are freely available as I understand asking you to wait even longer for products with no estimated delivery date is a little insane, so if you'd like a refund please reach out via the contact page or my personal email (seen in the answer above) and I'll get that sorted for you right away!

CAN I GET YOUR ART TATTOOED?

Yes! I have tattoo tickets available as a purchase option here on the site; print it off or screenshot, and keep in mind that some designs may need to be modified slightly to make a good tattoo!
